Large sized nose pad is recommended if 
 
1) Original nose pad is too low for wearing 
 
2) People who feel uncomfortable by down rim of frame touch the cheekbone.
 
3) Because, sunglasses is not well fitted on, feels uncomfortable by sunshine  coming from upper gap between glasses and forhead . 
 
4) People who feel uncomfortable because, prescription clip touch the eyelid
